 3、鏈條和刮板回程段由托輪支承運(yùn)行，不僅省力減磨，而且通過回鏈若干托輪間撓度的自動(dòng)變化，有助于鏈條的自動(dòng)漲緊及滑行。   

 4、如驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)背負(fù)在機(jī)頭上部與機(jī)殼自成一體，可使整體安裝不需用地腳螺栓即可就地自由放置而運(yùn)行。

 5、運(yùn)行速度可采用YVP系列電機(jī)和變頻器組合控制，是**上**調(diào)速方式。

工作原理： 

MS水平埋刮板輸送機(jī)主要由頭輪、尾輪、輸送鏈、機(jī)殼及驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置等組成。輸送散料時(shí)，散料具有內(nèi)摩擦力和側(cè)壓力等特性，物料受到刮板鏈條在運(yùn)動(dòng)方向的推力，當(dāng)料層間的內(nèi)摩擦力大于物料與槽壁間的外摩擦力時(shí)，物料就隨著刮板鏈條向前運(yùn)動(dòng)，由于輸送時(shí)刮板鏈條全被埋在物料之中，故稱為埋刮板輸送機(jī)
